WHO WE ARE ?

Gürpınar Legal

Our law office, whose roots date back to the 1970s and which has provided legal consultancy services to prominent companies for more than 35 years, has been reestablished under the leadership of Attorney Mediator Nazlı Gürpınar and continues its activities under the name Gürpınar Legal.

Nazlı Gürpınar has been graduated from Sainte-Pulchérie Girls’ Middle School and Saint-Benoit French High School, and later completed her law degree at Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law. She began her legal career as a trainee lawyer and later continued as a managing partner at Gürpınar Law Office in İstanbul.

She subsequently moved to the United States, where she completed her LL.M.degree in Corporate Law and Finance at Widener University School of Law, Delaware-USA. During seven years in the U.S., she provided consultancy services to various companies and worked with several non-profit organizations operating across multiple states.

After returning back to Turkey, she practiced law at international law firms and multinational companies.

Since 2017, Nazlı Gürpınar has also been serving as a lecturer, teaching law courses in both English and Turkish at various universities. She is fluent in English and French and also teaches legal courses in English at the Istanbul Bar Association.
